About the College
World Harvest International Bible College is the ministry and theology training school funded by World Harvest Ministry of Canada under Missionary Russell Murray. The purpose for this college is to train men and women for PHAM Churches but not exclusively. We are focused at providing best theology but more importantly to learn to experience the word of God being revealed personally, “our daily bread” and to teach the fear of the Lord.
The college provide trainings in both English Language and Kiswahili Language. Mastering English course is provided at college for free

To be an international college for men and women to come and get good theology and the revelation of word of God.
Mission
To train students to have good understanding and knowledge of the word of God but more importantly that the word of God would be revealed to them. World Harvest Bible College is to be a place of the revelation of the word of God to both students and instructors

In 2020, from the direction of Holy Spirit, Pastor Paulo Simbeye (liaison for Tanzania missionaries) and Missionary Russell had a discussion about the urgency of starting a Bible school.
In that discussion, Missionary Russell and Pastor Paulo agreed we will build it under the direction of Holy Spirit. World Harvest Ministry of Canada would finance the building of this project. Once they agreed to build Missionary Russell asked Pastor Paulo “Paulo, do you know how much money I have in the bank account of World Harvest Ministry?“ Paulo said “No”. Russell replied, “I have $50.” We laughed for some time. But we had faith and said we are going to build a Bible school with no organization or denomination backing us, with no commitment from anyone to help, and with only $50 in the World Harvest Ministry bank account.The work began in August of 2021 on a half-acre piece of property in the Mlamleni area of Dar es Salaam. We started the project by digging a deep well for water that would supply, not only the Bible school but also, the people in the area that do not have access to good water. We put up a small church, a small house for the pastor, and a large main building with a dining room, kitchen, a men’s and women’s dormitory, and two small classrooms. In the two dormitories, there are around 96 beds. Now the half-acre space was maxed out.
Then God provided beyond what we could ever have imagined. Part way through 2022, with a great provision, we bought an additional one-acre property adjacent to the half-acre site to be able to expand the complex. We then put up a privacy wall around the 1.5-acre property. Next, we built another building which would be staff accommodations. We also built three “international” and four “national” rooms. Then we built a large building with two rooms that will be used for classrooms. There is a larger one and a smaller one. The larger one can also be used for conferences. We expect to have, at some time, folks from Zambia, Malawi, Uganda, Kenya, Congo, and elsewhere.
